Sweet potatoes a great flavour for a romantic meal
The aphrodisiac properties of sweet potatoes might not seem obvious at first, but if you actually start to read about this healthy food you’ll start to realize that sweet potatoes are actually very very healthy for both the body and the mind.

A comforting recipe for a rainy romantic date
This nice and healthy soup won’t take you too long to prepare. The curry and the ginger will give character to a light soup perfect for rainy and intimate days.
Ingredients
- 2 chopped shallots
- 3 sweet potatoes (peeled)
- 1 sliced and peeled carrot
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- 2 tablespoons of bouillon
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Heat some oil in a large saucepan and add the shallot for about 3 minutes until they become tender.
Add the potatoes, carrots, ginger and curry and cook together for 1 to 2 minutes.
Cover with water and bouillon and leave it simmering for 25 minutes until the vegetables become tender.
Add salt and pepper and with the help of a food processor mix it until it becomes smooth.
